KUET  formerly known as BIT, Khulna, is one of the best Engineering Universities in Bangladesh. About two thousand students are enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate engineering and science in this institution. The total number of teachers is over 195. The University has continued to expand with the construction of new academic buildings, auditorium complex, halls of residence, teachers dormitory, engineering section building etc.is one of the best Engineering Universities in Bangladesh.  Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) is the oldest institution for the study of Engineering and Architecture in Bangladesh.The BUET campus situated is in dhaka the capital city of Bangladesh. Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, abbreviated as BUET, is one of the most prestigious institutions for higher studies in the country. About 5500 students are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in engineering, architecture, planning and science in this institution. At present, BUET has sixteen teaching departments under five faculties and it has three institutes. Every year the intake of undergraduate students is around 900, while the intake of graduate students in Masters and PhD programs is around 1000. A total of about five hundred teachers are teaching in these departments and institutes.today, it has produced around 25,000 graduates in different branches of engineering and architecture, and has established a good reputation all over the world for the quality of its graduates, many of whom have excelled in their profession in different parts of the globe. It was able to attract students from countries like India, Nepal, Iran, Jordan, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Palestine.it also favourite all bangladeshi students too.

Chittagong university is one of the bigest university in bangladesh.its became the third public university to be set up by the government of Pakistan, and it was officially inaugurated by the then governor of East Pakistan, Mr. Md. Abdul Monem Khan on 18 November 1966. But earlier in 1964 the site for the university had already been selected and a foundation stone was laid by Field Marshal Mohammad Ayub Khan, the then President of Pakistan, at the top of a small hill in the northern part of the campus. It is located at Fatehpur, 22 km. away from the Chittagong city and about one kilometer away to the west from Chittagong-Nazirhat highway. In the beginning there were only four departments to speak of: Bangla, English, History and Economics respectively.In these four departments, about 200 students were admitted. Professor Azizur Rahman Mallick joined Chittagong University in 1965 as the Project Director. The Chittagong University Ordinance was promulgated on 25 September 1966. Professor A. R. Mallick was appointed as the first Vice-Chancellor on 9 October 1966. At present, thirty five departments, three institutes and five research centres are operating in this University and all level of student like it very much.

Jagannath University established at 2005.it is situated in the southern part of the city of Dhaka near the Buriganga. This prestigious  educational establishment has a history of about 150 years which started in 1858 when Dhaka Brahma School was founded in 1858 by Dinanath Sen, Prabhaticharan Roy, Anathbandhu Mallik and Brajasundar Kaitra. The name Jagannath school was given by Kishorilal Chowdhury, the Zamindar of Baliadi who took over the school in 1872 and renamed it after his father's name. In 1884, it was raised to a second grade college. Law was one of the first courses introduced in the college. A common management committee administered the school and college until 1887, when the school section was separated to form an independent school named Kishore Jubilee School. It is now known as K L Jubilee School. The administration of the college was transferred to a board of trustees in 1907. In the following year, it became a first grade college.now it is a university of bangladesh.

 

Dhaka university first choice of all level students.On the first day of July 1921 the University of Dhaka opened its doors to students with Sir P.J. Hartog as the first Vice-Chancellor of the University. The University was set up in a picturesque part of the city known as Ramna on 600 acres of land.The University started its activities with 3 Faculties,12 Departments, 60 teachers, 877 students and 3 dormitories (Halls of Residence) for the students. At present the University consists of 13 Faculties, 66 Departments, 8 Institutes, 17 dormitories, 3 hostels and more than 35 Research Centres. The number of students and teachers has risen to about 33,112 and 1,805 respectively.now it is largest university of bangladesh.
